The Business Planning Manager steers commercial planning and operational performance for L’Oréal Luxe in Vietnam, translating commercial priorities into roadmaps across retail boutiques and e-commerce. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role connects commercial objectives with supply realities to protect stock health and support growth. This is a fixed-term, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and steer integrated business plans across Sell-in, Sell-out and stock health, maximising product availability while managing inventory exposure.
- Partner with Retail and E-commerce Channel Managers and align demand forecasts with Demand Planning to synchronise promotional calendars and stock levels.
- Translate brand growth ambitions into KPI frameworks, regional targets and route-to-market priorities.
- Streamline planning workflows, forecasting models and cross-functional reporting tools to improve commercial decision-making across teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience steering sales planning, Sell-in/Sell-out tracking and inventory health.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with Retail leads, E-commerce managers and Demand Planning.
- Advanced capability in building forecasting models, managing complex datasets and presenting actionable commercial insights.
- Working knowledge of luxury or consumer retail channels, e-commerce dynamics and route-to-market execution.
- Agility in streamlining processes, anticipating supply bottlenecks and adapting plans to market shifts.
- Analytical clarity, a collaborative mindset and resilience in balancing competing commercial demands.
