L’Oréal Luxe is hiring a permanent, casual Travelling Beauty Advisor to work across beauty counters around Sydney CBD, representing a portfolio of luxury beauty brands. The role focuses on sales performance, personalised makeup consultations and application, expert product advice, and a premium client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Travel between and work across beauty counters around Sydney CBD.
- Drive sales and exceed performance targets through exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted expert in makeup, skincare and fragrance, keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- Provide personalised makeup consultations and application services tailored to each client.
- Deliver a luxurious, personalised shopping experience and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and performance indicators in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Background in Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy or a similar field.
- Genuine enthusiasm for luxury beauty and creating memorable client experiences.
