L’Oréal Luxe is hiring a Beauty Counter Supervisor in Shenyang to lead counter sales, service, consumer relationships, operations and team development. The role is full-time and includes brand-specific training, a performance bonus scheme, insurance, company benefits, and paid annual and sick leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets; manage, allocate and track performance metrics.
- Improve counter service standards, deliver an exceptional consumer experience and strengthen consumer relationships.
- Manage consumer relationships at the counter and develop plans to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- Maintain effective partnerships with department stores and shopping centres, support their activities and build the brand’s reputation in the retail area.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, identify the counter’s strengths and develop sales opportunities.
- Ensure the counter and team members comply with company policies and maintain the brand’s image.
- Use and maintain beauty retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools associated with the counter.
- Manage counter merchandise and inventory, ensuring accurate stocktaking and inventory records.
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, support team training, recommend solutions and coach team members.
- Manage, motivate and develop team members.
- Ensure staffing meets the counter’s business needs and allocate schedules and work tasks appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with team members, relay information in both directions, strengthen team loyalty, encourage openness and collaboration, and sustain high morale.
