About L’Oréal Luxe
L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
The Beauty Advisor represents L’Oréal Luxe brands including Lancôme, BIOTHERM, YSL and GIORGIO ARMANI, delivering expert advice and an excellent service experience at partner department stores and retailers. The role is fixed-term and available full-time (38.5 hours per week) or part-time (130, 100 or 70 hours per month), with sales, promotional and administrative responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell the brands’ products with passion.
- Provide individual, outstanding customer advice across the full product portfolio.
- Deliver an excellent service experience to customers at partner department stores and retail stores.
- Use expertise in skincare, makeup techniques and exclusive fragrances to engage customers as an ambassador for the respective brand.
- Implement sales-promotional initiatives and contribute ideas to advance the brands.
- Perform administrative tasks.
