L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate products, bring customers into the brands’ heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet their needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
• Stay informed about makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Design and deliver engaging, innovative events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, keeping the counter clean, organized and inviting.

Qualifications

• A passion for beauty and the ability to share expertise through personalized advice and product recommendations.
• Ability to build authentic relationships, make customers feel comfortable, understand their individual style and help them create a beauty routine that expresses who they are.
• Active on social media and knowledgeable about current makeup and beauty trends, with the ability to connect with people online and in person and build a skincare community.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by challenges, with enthusiasm for creating innovative in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Enthusiasm for L’Oréal Luxe’s mission, values and brands, and the ability to represent them.
