L’Oréal Luxe seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its multi-brand counter at Boots in Milton Keynes, working 22.5 hours per week on a permanent contract. The role delivers personalised One Luxe service, product expertise, customer relationship building, sales performance and engaging brand events, while maintaining counter standards and completing administrative tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently, providing every customer with a premium, personalised experience.
- Demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand heritage, and share tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet their needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering luxurious service and upholding merchandising standards.
- Keep up to date with makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Meet individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
- Design and deliver innovative, engaging events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping the counter clean, organised and inviting.
