L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor for its One Luxe multi-brand counter at Boots High Street Kensington, working 15 hours. The role combines personalized beauty advice and brand storytelling with sales, client relationships, events, social media advocacy, training, administrative duties, and counter standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
- Demonstrate products, introduce customers to brand heritage, and share tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet their needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering luxurious service and upholding merchandising standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Create and deliver innovative, engaging events and animations that generate interest and excitement around L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping and ensure the counter is clean, organized, and inviting.
