L’Oréal Luxe is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor on a permanent contract for its Boots Fosse Park Leicester counter, working 22.5 hours. The role delivers personalised One Luxe service, expert product recommendations, customer relationship building, sales performance, brand activations and counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently, providing each customer with a premium, personalised experience.
- Demonstrate products, introduce customers to brand heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet their needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
- Design and deliver innovative, engaging events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, keeping the counter clean, organised and inviting.
