L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
The Beauty Advisor represents L’Oréal Luxe brands including Lancôme, Biotherm, YSL and Giorgio Armani at department-store partners, delivering personalised product advice and an excellent customer experience. The role includes passionate selling, promotional initiatives and administrative duties. This is a fixed-term, part-time position at 130 hours per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent luxury brands including Lancôme, Biotherm, YSL and Giorgio Armani, delivering an excellent service experience to customers at department-store partners.
- Use expertise in skincare, makeup techniques and exclusive fragrances to engage customers as a brand ambassador.
- Sell products with passion and provide personalised, excellent advice across the full product portfolio.
- Implement and carry out sales-promotional activities, bringing forward ideas to advance the brands.
- Undertake administrative duties.

- A strong passion for makeup, skincare and fragrances.
