About L’Oréal Luxe

L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing each customer with a premium, personalised experience.
• Demonstrate products, introduce customers to brand heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet their needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering luxurious service and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Keep abreast of makeup, skincare and wellness trends to offer expert advice and personalised recommendations.
• Meet individual and counter sales targets agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping the counter clean, organised and inviting.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and the ability to share expertise through personalised product advice.
• Ability to build authentic customer relationships, create a welcoming environment, understand individual styles and help customers develop a beauty routine that expresses their identity.
• Active on social media and knowledgeable about current makeup and beauty trends, with the ability to connect with people online and in person and build a skincare community.
• Driven and ambitious, with enthusiasm for challenges, innovative in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Belief in and enthusiasm for the L’Oréal Luxe mission, values and brands.
