L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing every customer with a consistently premium, personalised experience.
• Demonstrate products, bring brand heritage to life, and share tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxury customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Keep abreast of makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
• Achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Design and deliver innovative, engaging events and animations that build customer interest and excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, keeping the counter clean, organised and inviting.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and the ability to provide personalised advice that helps customers find products that empower them.
• Ability to build authentic relationships, put customers at ease, understand their individual style and help them create a beauty routine that expresses who they are.
• Active on social media and knowledgeable about current makeup and beauty trends, with the ability to engage with people online and in person and build a community around skincare.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by challenges, with enthusiasm for creating innovative in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Belief in the L’Oréal Luxe mission and values, with enthusiasm for representing its brands.
