L’Oréal Luxe seeks a part-time, permanent Beauty Advisor for its multi-brand counter at Boots in Bromley, working 27.5 hours. The role delivers personalized One Luxe service, product expertise, client relationships, sales performance, events, brand advocacy, and counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently, providing every customer with a premium, personalized experience.
- Demonstrate products, introduce customers to brand heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet their needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Design and deliver innovative, engaging events and animations that generate customer interest and excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping the counter clean, organized, and inviting.
