L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing every customer with a consistently premium, personalised experience.
• Demonstrate products, bring brand heritage to life, and share tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador through personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Keep up to date with makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
• Achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Contribute actively to team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards to keep the counter clean, organised and inviting.

• Passion for beauty and the ability to share expertise through personalised advice and product recommendations.
• Ability to build genuine customer relationships, understand individual style and help customers develop a beauty routine that expresses their identity.
• Active engagement with social media and awareness of current makeup and beauty trends; ability to connect with people online and in person and build a community around skincare.
• Drive, ambition and enthusiasm for challenges, innovative in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Commitment to the L’Oréal Luxe mission and values, with enthusiasm for representing its brands.
