Longines seeks a Roving Sales Associate (CDI) in Paris to support multi-location retail operations with sales expertise and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet, advise, and accompany clients with professionalism and attentiveness across all Longines retail points of sale
  • Execute point-of-sale and correspondence sales while adhering to established payment and transaction procedures
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales service and respond to client inquiries with promptness and expertise
  • Participate in after-sales service operations and perform basic watch maintenance and repairs (quick service)
  • Manage and maintain the client database with accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and prepare mailing campaigns and correspondence
  • Implement window displays and merchandising strategies in compliance with brand standards
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for retail points of sale
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise
  • Mentor sales personnel and provide training support as needed
  • Adjust, inspect, and service watches including time-setting, battery replacement, and routine maintenance within established protocols
  • Participate in inventory preparation and execution
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards across display windows, fixtures, counters, and client-facing areas
  • Operate across multiple points of sale within the assigned network according to business requirements
  • Ensure continuity of service and uphold operational standards across the retail network
  • Support on-site teams to guarantee consistent client experience and procedural compliance

Qualifications

  • Commercial qualification (CAP to Bachelor's degree recommended)
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in premium, luxury, or watch and jewelry retail environments
  • Technical product sensitivity and appreciation for watchmaking craftsmanship
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client service orientation
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to perform basic technical operations on watches (time-setting, battery replacement, quick service)
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and versatility
  • Availability to work across multiple retail locations as required
  • Polished appearance and commitment to premium retail environment standards

Experience
