Longines seeks a Store Manager in Valencia to lead boutique operations, sales and client service for its Valencia boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold Longines brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs through effective coaching, merchandising and clienteling.
- Recruit, develop and manage boutique staff; organise training, scheduling and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maximise sell-through and presentation quality.
- Manage boutique financials and operational processes, including cash handling, loss prevention and budget adherence.
- Coordinate after-sales service and liaise with central service teams and regional management to resolve client issues and warranty claims.
- Analyse sales data and local market trends to propose commercial initiatives and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing a high-end retail boutique, ideally within watches, jewellery or luxury accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong clienteling skills with a customer-centric approach and ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Excellent organisational capabilities, attention to detail and ability to manage inventory and merchandising standards.
- Fluency in Spanish; additional languages (e.g. English) advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury watches, jewellery or comparable premium retail; documented success in driving sales and developing teams.
Education
Secondary education required; higher education in business, retail management or hospitality is preferred.
