Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to boutique and wholesale sales teams, ensuring seamless order processing and follow-up.
- Coordinate stock movements, returns and transfers with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain boutique inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and analyse regular sales reports and performance dashboards for regional managers and store teams.
- Act as a central point of contact for client queries, appointment scheduling and after-sales coordination with service centres.
- Support commercial initiatives and in-store events by managing invitations, guest lists, logistics and on-site execution.
- Liaise with marketing, visual merchandising and product teams to ensure promotional compliance and product launches are executed smoothly.
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records in CRM systems and ensure data quality across platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; confident dealing with VIP clients and retail teams.
- Numerical literacy and comfort preparing concise commercial reports and dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate across functions (logistics, marketing, after-sales) and escalate issues appropriately.
- Knowledge of luxury retail operations or watch/jewellery commerce is highly desirable.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail operations, sales support or client services; prior exposure to luxury goods, watches, or jewellery retail preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
