Longines Sales Associate (CDI) in Paris – Luxury retail position for watch and jewelry enthusiast with sales experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with professionalism, courtesy and elegance, creating a sophisticated retail environment
  • Assess client needs and preferences, providing expert product guidance and recommendations tailored to individual requirements
  • Execute sales transactions and propose complementary products and services appropriate to client interests
  • Manage post-sales customer service, including case management, client inquiries, and correspondence follow-up
  • Participate in quick-service operations and authorized maintenance interventions on timepieces
  • Develop and maintain client database, updating records and enriching client profiles for targeted engagement
  • Execute client loyalty initiatives, coordinate mailings, and organize campaign distributions
  • Establish and maintain window displays and point-of-sale merchandising aligned with brand standards
  • Execute opening and closing procedures in compliance with internal protocols
  • Receive merchandise, verify conformity, and manage stock placement and organization
  • Prepare display timepieces through regulated maintenance: synchronization, assembly checks, and quality verification
  • Participate in inventory counts and ongoing stock monitoring
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, order, and visual presentation standards throughout the boutique and sales areas, ensuring consistent brand representation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury, watches, jewelry, or haute horlogerie sectors
  • Demonstrated passion for horology and the luxury goods market
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with results orientation and customer-centric philosophy
  • Team-oriented approach and collaborative work ethic
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Second language capability highly valued
