Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
- Provide a unique and exclusive experience to all clients, offering introduction and storytelling of the brand
- Support store sales goals through active selling and client engagement
- Document qualified client presentations in the Client Log Book, capturing essential data such as email, phone number, brand references and reference numbers
- Assist in the sales process as per established store protocols and procedures
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management
- Assist in the submission of daily reports and sales reconciliation reports
- Process and replenish merchandise while monitoring counter stock levels
- Ensure all client presentations are properly documented for clienteling and customer outreach initiatives
- Actively participate in merchandising projects including daily stock maintenance, display changeovers, and product transfers
- Support providing superior after-sale service to all clients, ensuring the Thank You program is executed to perfection
- Actively support securing company assets through effective loss prevention in compliance with company policies
- Maintain store appearance by keeping merchandise neatly organized and attractively displayed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales position, with specialty luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Excellent selling and customer service skills aligned with Brand expectations
- Demonstrated clientele building and relationship management capabilities
- Problem-solving proficiency and ability to handle conflict effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred depending on location
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently, on weekends, and outside regular office hours
- Physical capability to stand 5–8 hours per day, typically 5–7 days per week, and lift items up to 25 lbs regularly

Experience
3–5 years of experience in a sales position, with specialty luxury retail preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
