Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized client consultation and styling guidance for Longines timepieces
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process customer payments accurately
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge regarding watch specifications, collections, and brand heritage
- Ensure boutique presentation standards, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Build client relationships and support clienteling initiatives
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
- Comply with luxury retail protocols and company brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury hospitality experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide premium client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail or horology is advantageous.
