Longines seeks a part-time Sales Advisor in Vienna (Graben) — 20 hrs/week. Join the boutique team advising clients on luxury watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, consultative sales service to clients in the Longines boutique, guiding selection and demonstrating product features.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while promoting brand positioning and long-term client relationships.
- Maintain exemplary boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation and floor readiness.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions, returns and accurate cash reconciliation.
- Manage clienteling activities: record client preferences, follow up on enquiries and coordinate after‑sales service with technical teams.
- Support stock management: receive deliveries, perform inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Strong client-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Numerical accuracy and experience operating POS systems; reliable cash-handling practice.
- Flexible availability to cover a 20-hour weekly schedule including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Professional grooming, discretion and the ability to represent a high-end Swiss watch brand.

Experience
At least one year of customer-facing retail experience; boutique or luxury hospitality experience preferred, ideally with exposure to watches or jewellery.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training in retail, hospitality or watchmaking is advantageous.
