Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, high‑touch sales service to boutique clients, advising on Longines collections and facilitating product selection
- Build and nurture a client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow‑ups and appointment management
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining an exemplary level of customer care
- Maintain boutique presentation standards: merchandise displays, stock rotation, window dressing and housekeeping of the sales floor
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage returns and support inventory control
- Coordinate with after‑sales service and the central office for repairs, warranty administration and special client requests
- Participate in in‑store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories
- Excellent clienteling skills and demonstrable ability to cultivate long‑term customer relationships
- Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, service‑oriented demeanour
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings
- Legal authorization to work in Austria
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or boutique sales is required; experience specifically with watches or jewellery is strongly preferred and candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or a related discipline is preferred.
