Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised, high‑touch sales service to boutique clients, advising on Longines collections and facilitating product selection
  • Build and nurture a client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow‑ups and appointment management
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining an exemplary level of customer care
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards: merchandise displays, stock rotation, window dressing and housekeeping of the sales floor
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage returns and support inventory control
  • Coordinate with after‑sales service and the central office for repairs, warranty administration and special client requests
  • Participate in in‑store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives as required

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories
  • Excellent clienteling skills and demonstrable ability to cultivate long‑term customer relationships
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, service‑oriented demeanour
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Legal authorization to work in Austria

Experience
