Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in a boutique environment to convert walk-in and appointment traffic into sales.
  • Advise clients on Longines collections and technical features, translating product knowledge into tailored recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets; actively participate in clienteling and CRM follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, store presentation, stock management and inventory reconciliations.
  • Process sales transactions, manage after-sales referrals (repairs and servicing) and ensure accurate till and paperwork procedures.
  • Participate in brand and product trainings, team briefings and local marketing initiatives; contribute to a collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion (typically 1–2 years).
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a client-first mindset and aptitude for relationship building.
  • Solid product awareness of mechanical and quartz watches; prior exposure to horology is strongly preferred.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and ability to represent a heritage luxury maison.
  • Availability to work a 21-hour permanent schedule including weekends and evenings as required by boutique hours.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience in luxury retail—ideally within watches or jewellery. Experience working in an international boutique or with premium clientele is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail, hospitality or watchmaking is a plus.
