Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring secure cash and key control and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Provide exceptional client service and personalised clienteling to cultivate repeat business and high-value relationships.
- Drive sales on the floor by proactively engaging customers, achieving individual and store sales targets, and executing upsell strategies.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including window displays and boutique layout.
- Support inventory management: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, and ensure accurate merchandise documentation.
- Act as deputy to the Store Manager: supervise and coach sales staff, allocate tasks during shifts, and maintain operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with POS procedures, payments reconciliation and boutique administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
- Demonstrable experience in opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic loss-prevention protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset and persuasive selling ability.
- Track record of supervising or mentoring sales staff and maintaining boutique standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Mid-level retail experience in luxury goods with prior responsibility for opening/closing a store, cash management and frontline supervisory duties. Experience selling watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or courses in retail, luxury brand management or customer service are advantageous.
