Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the boutique, ensuring secure cash and key control and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Provide exceptional client service and personalised clienteling to cultivate repeat business and high-value relationships.
  • Drive sales on the floor by proactively engaging customers, achieving individual and store sales targets, and executing upsell strategies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including window displays and boutique layout.
  • Support inventory management: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, and ensure accurate merchandise documentation.
  • Act as deputy to the Store Manager: supervise and coach sales staff, allocate tasks during shifts, and maintain operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with POS procedures, payments reconciliation and boutique administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
  • Demonstrable experience in opening/closing procedures, cash handling and basic loss-prevention protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset and persuasive selling ability.
  • Track record of supervising or mentoring sales staff and maintaining boutique standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience
