Longines seeks a Regional Manager in Paris to oversee sales strategy and retail operations across Île-de-France for the Swatch Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with Longines brand positioning and corporate objectives
- Manage and mentor regional sales team, overseeing performance metrics and staff development
- Oversee retail partnerships, including multi-brand boutiques and authorized dealers within the territory
- Drive market expansion initiatives and identify new business opportunities within the region
- Ensure brand standards and customer experience excellence across all regional touchpoints
- Report on regional performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury watch retail or premium brand management
