Role & Responsibilities
- Master fundamental watchmaking techniques including component assembly and mechanical calibration
- Participate in precision watch movement assembly under supervision of senior horologists
- Learn quality control and inspection procedures for mechanical timepieces
- Support production workflows within the Saint-Imier manufacture
- Develop proficiency with hand tools and specialized watchmaking equipment
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory Swiss secondary education (obligatory school)
- Demonstrated aptitude for precision technical work and manual dexterity
- Strong interest in horology and mechanical systems
- Ability to work methodically and maintain meticulous attention to detail
