Longines seeks a motivated apprentice for a three-year watchmaking production CFC apprenticeship beginning August 2027. The candidate will complete 18 months of mandatory foundational training at ETA in Granges, followed by specialized training within Swatch Group companies in the third year, and conclude with the final year at Longines' Saint-Imier headquarters. This comprehensive program combines technical instruction, hands-on production experience, and exposure to one of the world's most prestigious watchmaking environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete foundational watchmaking theory and techniques at ETA training center
- Perform precision assembly, adjustment, and testing of watch movements and components
- Develop expertise in mechanical watchmaking processes across multiple Swatch Group facilities
- Participate in production workflows under the guidance of experienced horological craftspeople
- Maintain strict quality and precision standards in all manufacturing tasks
