Role & Responsibilities
- Manage marketing budget and strategic planning initiatives to amplify brand presence
- Expand Longines visibility across digital and physical channels through integrated campaigns
- Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters, and PR materials including visual assets and point-of-sale collateral
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, PR agencies, influencers, stylists, content creators, and editorial partners
- Organize and execute press conferences, brand events, and model launches with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee the distribution and tracking of loan watches for press relationships and brand ambassadors
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities within the watch and luxury sectors
- Track and maintain compliance with PR schedules, embargo dates, and media release protocols
Qualifications
- Completed tertiary education (HBO level) in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar PR or events coordination role
- Fluent in both Dutch and English at professional level
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand positioning
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial initiative
- Valid driving license and reliable access to personal transportation
