Longines (Swatch Group) seeks a 3-month Contract Mobile Sales Consultant in Paris — represent Longines across retail accounts and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Longines across multiple retail accounts in the assigned Paris territory, acting as the visible brand ambassador on-site.
- Drive sales and convert prospects by presenting product assortments, demonstrating timepieces, and tailoring propositions to client needs.
- Support and coach retail boutique or multi-brand sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage stock replenishment, presentation of promotional displays and compliance with brand guidelines at each point of sale.
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly activity reports, sales forecasts and pipeline tracking for the regional manager.
- Coordinate order follow-up and liaise with wholesale or logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail or field sales, preferably in watches, jewelry or luxury accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills with a polished professional manner.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage a multi-store territory and adapt to varied retail environments.
- High standards of personal presentation and strict adherence to brand merchandising guidelines.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the assigned area and to work retail peak hours, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline sales experience in luxury retail or as a brand ambassador, with demonstrable commercial results and familiarity with multi‑brand retail environments.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training or diploma in sales/retail (BTS/DUT or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Ile de France, France.
