Longines seeks an Executive Assistant to support its VP of Marketing at the Saint-Imier headquarters, combining executive support with administrative operations management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Vice President's calendar, meetings, and business travel arrangements
  • Receive, process, and manage correspondence including emails, letters, and partnership inquiries with appropriate responses
  • Prepare and file meeting minutes and maintain comprehensive document and file organization systems
  • Coordinate administrative dossiers and sessions, including management of internal training schedules and departmental resources
  • Organize visits from partners and subsidiary representatives to the Saint-Imier facility
  • Manage departmental administrative tools including attendance planning, mail coordination, and equipment procurement
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to departmental interns and administrative staff
  • Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support and handle ad-hoc administrative assignments

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in commercial or administrative disciplines; a federal diploma in executive assistant functions is preferred
  • Confirmed experience of 3–5 years in an executive secretariat role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and SAP
  • Fluent in French (oral and written) and English (oral and written); additional language skills are an asset
