Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner, providing a unique and special experience with introduction to the Longines brand
  • Support store sales goals through active engagement in the sales process according to established store protocols
  • Capture qualified client presentations into the Client Log Book, recording essential data including email, phone number, and brand reference information for clienteling follow-up
  • Communicate customer requests, preferences, and concerns to management in a timely manner
  • Assist in processing daily sales reports, reconciliation reports, and inventory submissions
  • Restock and monitor counter merchandise, ensuring stock levels are maintained and displays remain attractive and organized
  • Document all customer presentations to support client outreach initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
  • Actively participate in merchandising projects including daily stock maintenance, display changeovers, and product transfers
  • Deliver superior after-sale service, ensuring thank-you programs and follow-up communications are executed with precision
  • Maintain store appearance through strategic merchandise organization and attractive product displays
  • Support loss prevention initiatives through vigilant asset security practices and strict adherence to company policies
  • Collaborate effectively with management and team members to achieve collective sales and service objectives

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent minimum
  • 3–5 years of professional sales experience, with specialty luxury retail preferred
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities aligned with luxury brand expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate client relationships
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
