Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, high-touch client service to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Convey brand heritage and product knowledge, presenting technical and stylistic features of Longines timepieces.
  • Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records to support follow-ups and VIP servicing.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and repairs accurately using boutique POS systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold brand standards.
  • Coordinate with after-sales/service teams and assist clients with warranty, servicing and product care inquiries.
  • Support inventory control, loss-prevention measures and daily operational tasks required for boutique functioning.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable client service orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury boutique.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and retail peak periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
