Longines seeks a Luxury Sales Associate in Austin, TX to deliver boutique client service and drive watch sales for the Swatch Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalized client service in a boutique environment to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, product presentation, and closing techniques.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Longines timepieces, complications and brand heritage when advising clients and conducting fittings.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, process repairs/servicing referrals, and maintain client records in the CRM or POS system.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual presentation, stock replenishment, merchandising and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support in-store events, product launches and VIP appointments, coordinating with store management and regional teams as required.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Refined clienteling capability: ability to build rapport, anticipate client needs and manage follow-up communications.
- Strong organizational discipline to manage appointments, client files and transactional accuracy.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of experience in luxury retail, watches or fine jewelry sales; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, retail management, or a related field is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Austin, Texas, USA.
