Longines Luxury Retail Keyholder position in New York City. $26–$30/hour plus commission, leadership role in flagship Fifth Avenue boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized service to all clients, maintaining meticulous records of client preferences, milestones, and purchase intentions for future engagement
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and strategic product positioning
- Develop new client relationships and expand the existing clientele through targeted outreach, networking initiatives, and community engagement
- Provide superior after-sales service and product maintenance support, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist team members in the sales process, adhering to established boutique protocols and ensuring operational consistency
- Execute opening and closing procedures with precision, maintaining security and inventory integrity
- Greet and engage clients in a timely, professional, and personable manner, ensuring a premium brand experience
- Lead and support team members in achieving operational tasks, sales initiatives, and performance targets
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate the heritage and technical excellence of Longines timepieces
- Perform inventory management, merchandise stocking, and visual merchandising tasks as required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in a Keyholder or supervisory retail position, with specialty retail or luxury goods experience preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building clientele in a luxury retail environment
- Strong luxury retail experience in jewelry and timepieces
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Keyholder or supervisory position within specialty or luxury retail.
