Longines SoHo boutique seeks experienced Luxury Retail Keyholder to manage New York flagship store operations and lead client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and manage staffing schedules at the SoHo location
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation consistent with Longines brand guidelines
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and product replenishment
- Train and mentor retail associates on product knowledge and luxury client service
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue through client engagement and relationship building
- Monitor store security, cash handling procedures, and compliance with company policies
- Manage client inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in luxury retail
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury watches, timepieces, or premium jewelry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent numerical and inventory management abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Experience
3-5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end accessories, with demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager-level responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
