Longines seeks a Luxury Retail Keyholder for its New York World Trade Center boutique. Lead store operations, manage staff, and deliver luxury watch retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain store opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and cash reconciliation
- Supervise and mentor retail associates during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to luxury service standards
- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Deliver exceptional customer service and facilitate sales of Longines timepieces and accessories
- Monitor compliance with Swatch Group policies, brand standards, and security procedures
- Coordinate with store management on staffing, scheduling, and operational initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Knowledge of or passion for watches and luxury goods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
Experience
3-5 years of retail or customer-facing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or keyholder capacity in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management coursework or certifications are a plus.
