Longines seeks a Luxury Retail Keyholder in Austin, TX — join the Swatch Group brand to manage boutique openings, sales and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique according to corporate security and operational procedures; assume keyholder responsibilities including safe and cash management.
- Deliver exemplary luxury client service: advise on timepieces, build client relationships, and execute boutique clienteling initiatives to drive repeat business.
- Support daily sales objectives through proactive selling, upselling and conversion of walk-in traffic to appointments.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, reconcile cash and prepare deposits following audit standards.
- Maintain merchandising standards, present product assortments according to brand visual guidelines, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Monitor loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with company policies on product handling and security.
- Provide ad-hoc supervision and coaching to sales colleagues during shifts; liaise with management on staffing, stock and client follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in premium or luxury goods, preferably watches or jewelry.
- Demonstrable cash-handling and POS reconciliation experience with strict attention to accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused, polished manner appropriate for haute horlogerie clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Ability to follow security procedures and manage opening/closing responsibilities reliably.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury or premium retail; prior keyholder, shift-lead or supervisory exposure in a boutique environment is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, hospitality or watchmaking training is a plus.
