Longines is hiring a Luxury Boutique Store Manager in Austin, TX. Lead boutique operations, sales and client experience for the Longines boutique in Austin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin objectives and key performance indicators.
- Recruit, mentor and develop boutique staff; set performance standards and conduct regular coaching and evaluations.
- Deliver exemplary client experience through high‑level clienteling, personalized service and relationship management.
- Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising, store standards and presentation guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and ordering in coordination with central logistics and wholesale teams.
- Oversee boutique administration including cash handling, POS reconciliation, daily reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate after‑sales service, repairs and customer escalations with service and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing a luxury or premium retail boutique, with responsibility for a team.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing boutique P&L drivers.
- Strong clienteling and relationship management skills, with focus on repeat business and high‑value clients.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and experience with inventory controls and retail reporting.
- Ability to uphold brand presentation and visual merchandising standards consistently.

Typically 3–5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail with at least some prior responsibility for managing a boutique or store team and delivering consistent sales growth.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
