Role & Responsibilities
- Support the international sales team with day-to-day commercial administration, including order entry, invoicing follow-up and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with regional distributors, sales representatives and logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM records and product allocation reports.
- Prepare regular sales analyses, forecasts and presentation materials for commercial management.
- Assist with product launches, price lists, promotional activities and commercial follow-ups across international markets.
- Respond professionally to distributor and internal inquiries, ensuring high standards of client service.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings with product, marketing and logistics teams and provide operational support for trade events where required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to administrative detail.
- Professional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact with international partners.
- Proactive attitude with sound problem‑solving skills and the capacity to prioritise competing tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Availability for a one‑year internship based at Longines' Saint‑Imier site.
Experience
Entry‑level role suitable for current students or recent graduates. Previous internships or part‑time experience in sales, luxury retail or order management are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or equivalent.
