Longines is hiring a Deputy Boutique Manager in Paris. Permanent role supporting boutique operations, sales and team leadership at the Avenue Kléber boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations of the boutique within a major department store, ensuring flawless customer service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance through active selling, clienteling, prospecting and personalised service for VIP clientele.
  • Supervise, coach and schedule boutique staff; conduct onboarding and ongoing training to elevate product knowledge and commercial skills.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual standards; implement promotional layouts, seasonal transitions and in-store events or trunk shows.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receptions, transfers and regular stocktaking; ensure loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures are followed.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for the Boutique Manager and regional leadership; support administrative tasks required for boutique governance.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail leadership experience in luxury goods, watches or jewellery, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong commercial orientation with excellent clienteling and relationship-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small teams, with experience in coaching and performance management.
  • Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and familiarity with inventory and cash-control processes.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and major retail periods; professional presentation consistent with brand image.

Experience
