Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised after-sales service and support
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Manage service estimates, repairs, and maintain accurate administrative records
- Assess service needs and recommend appropriate solutions to clients
- Provide first-level technical assistance and develop advanced product knowledge
- Conduct timepiece diagnostics and identify required repairs
- Complete quality control checks on serviced watches
- Proactively update clients on repair progress, timelines and any delays

- Support inventory management and assist with stock takes
- Provide boutique sales team support when required
