Longines seeks three commercial apprentices for a three-year programme beginning August 2027 within the Services & Administration division. Apprentices will rotate through different departments every six months, gaining exposure to diverse operational sectors whilst receiving professional mentorship from experienced trainers. The role combines varied administrative tasks with opportunities for both professional and personal development within a respected Swiss watchmaking manufacture.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform diverse administrative and office management tasks across rotating departments
- Collaborate within motivated teams on assigned administrative projects and challenges
- Develop professional competencies through structured rotation across Services & Administration divisions
- Contribute to daily operational activities under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Support administrative processes and office functions during the three-year apprenticeship cycle
