Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales to achieve boutique KPIs and revenue targets
  • Conduct daily security stock counts and manage inventory rotation
  • Execute visual merchandising, display setup, and implementation of new concepts
  • Maintain boutique appearance, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Support boutique management with store operations as required
  • Attend regular product training and stay informed of current collections
  • Assist in developing and managing the client database
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand service standards
