Longines seeks Boutique Manager at Chadstone. Lead luxury retail team, drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences. Premium watchmaking brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Champion a client-first culture and deliver an elevated Longines experience throughout the boutique
- Build meaningful client relationships and support long-term customer loyalty initiatives
- Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members through regular coaching and constructive feedback
- Analyse sales and operational results to identify performance opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Lead by example through exceptional service delivery, comprehensive product knowledge and advanced selling skills
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring policies, procedures and brand standards are consistently followed
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Oversee inventory management, stock counts, stocktakes and replenishment procedures
- Manage rosters and workforce planning to optimise the client experience
- Support the team with escalated client concerns and complex operational issues
- Ensure boutique security, safety and compliance standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on boutique events and strategic client initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a comparable retail leadership role within premium retail environments
- Proven track record leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building capabilities
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience managing inventory, budgets and operational reporting
- Experience within luxury watches, jewellery, premium fashion or high-end retail (highly valued)
Skills
Experience
Previous retail management experience in a comparable luxury or premium retail leadership role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving commercial targets. Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, premium fashion or high-end retail is highly valued.
Education
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related discipline are preferred; equivalent professional experience in retail leadership may be considered.
