Longines Madrid seeks an experienced Boutique Manager for its flagship boutique. Lead sales, manage teams, and deliver luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance and achieve business targets
- Develop and execute clienteling, customer acquisition and traffic-generating strategies
- Deliver an exceptional and consistent luxury customer experience
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize business opportunities
- Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Manage inventory, cash control and loss prevention processes effectively
- Prioritize, organize and delegate tasks according to business needs
- Build strong relationships with clients and local partners to increase brand visibility and loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or Retail Manager, preferably within the luxury, premium or watchmaking industry
- Ability to drive business performance and lead teams to achieve and exceed objectives
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
