Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and product recommendations aligned with Longines brand positioning
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Longines watch collections, technical specifications, and heritage
- Execute sales transactions with professionalism while ensuring exceptional client experiences
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards within the boutique environment
- Contribute to achievement of boutique sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury brand experience
