Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets and boutique KPIs through active selling, client acquisition and targeted clienteling.
- Lead and coach sales advisors on product knowledge, horological features, and elevated customer service consistent with Longines’ brand standards.
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations including opening/closing, cash handling, shift scheduling and POS reconciliation.
- Oversee stock management and inventory controls, coordinate stock movements with headquarters and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Implement visual merchandising and in-store presentation directives to maintain a refined brand environment and seasonal rollouts.
- Resolve client complaints and service recovery matters with discretion and a focus on long-term relationship retention.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for the Store Manager and contribute to local commercial planning and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, loss prevention procedures and applicable local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in luxury retail, ideally in watches or jewellery.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client acquisition/retention.
- Strong leadership and people-development capabilities; experience coaching frontline sales teams.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate professionally with an international clientele (other languages a plus).
- Availability to work retail schedules including weekends and peak periods; legal authorization to work in the U.S.
