Longines Assistant Store Manager — Paris. Permanent role supporting boutique operations, sales and team leadership at Longines in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Longines brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive sales performance through active selling, clienteling and the coaching of sales advisors to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead and motivate the boutique team: manage scheduling, onboarding, training and performance feedback to maintain high service levels.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures in coordination with headquarters and retail operations.
- Deliver exemplary after-sales service including warranty handling, repairs follow-up and coordination with the service network.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, maintain accurate sales and administrative records and produce regular reports for the Store Manager.
- Act as on-site brand ambassador and represent Longines at client events, trunk shows and local partnerships as required.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or watches, with a solid commercial track record.
- Strong leadership and people-management capability, including team coaching and performance management.
- Excellent customer-service orientation and ability to build long-term client relationships (clienteling).
- Sound knowledge of product merchandising, stock control and basic after-sales procedures within a boutique environment.
- Professional presentation and a strong sense of discretion and brand stewardship.
- Fluent French; professional proficiency in English is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in retail, with at least one year in a supervisory or assistant-manager role within the luxury goods or watch sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury brand management or hospitality preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
