Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Longines brand standards and merchandising directives.
- Lead, coach and motivate the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives; conduct regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and sustain high-value client relationships through personalised clienteling, private appointments and after-sales follow-up.
- Oversee stock control, receipt and presentation of merchandise, stock transfers and inventory reconciliation to minimise shrinkage.
- Execute visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards, collaborating with regional VM and retail teams on seasonal rollouts.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll inputs and shift coordination to ensure optimal boutique coverage during peak trading periods.
- Drive local sales initiatives and events in partnership with regional marketing to increase footfall and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures, and local legislation governing retail operations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant-management experience in luxury retail, watches or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through clienteling and team leadership.
- Exceptional client-service orientation with refined interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for a haute horlogerie clientele.
- Organisational aptitude with experience in inventory control, visual merchandising implementation and basic P&L awareness.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings for events or client appointments.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum three years in retail sales with at least one year in a supervisory or assistant management role; prior experience in luxury watches, jewelry or premium-brand retail strongly preferred.
