Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Longines brand standards and merchandising directives.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives; conduct regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Develop and sustain high-value client relationships through personalised clienteling, private appointments and after-sales follow-up.
  • Oversee stock control, receipt and presentation of merchandise, stock transfers and inventory reconciliation to minimise shrinkage.
  • Execute visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards, collaborating with regional VM and retail teams on seasonal rollouts.

  • Drive local sales initiatives and events in partnership with regional marketing to increase footfall and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or assistant-management experience in luxury retail, watches or fine jewelry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through clienteling and team leadership.
  • Exceptional client-service orientation with refined interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for a haute horlogerie clientele.
  • Organisational aptitude with experience in inventory control, visual merchandising implementation and basic P&L awareness.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings for events or client appointments.
