Longchamp is hiring an SAP Sales Applications Manager for its Paris headquarters, reporting to the SAP Competence Center Director within the IT department. The role oversees SAP SD, Anaplan and JOOR applications, coordinates projects and deployments, supports users and supervises a junior Anaplan team member; this is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of sales-support tools, primarily SAP, as well as Anaplan for retail store replenishment and the JOOR B2B portal.
- Provide user support and maintain the SAP SD solution.
- Maintain the JOOR solution.
- Maintain the Anaplan solution and provide user support.
- Safeguard the Longchamp Core Model for the relevant solutions and ensure projects remain consistent with the existing environment.
- Specify solutions, configure them and ensure developments are delivered successfully.
- Coordinate with CEGID, other SAP domains, Informatica/Boomi, Web, BI and Infrastructure teams to monitor project progress and update status with the respective teams.
- Act as the primary contact for BPOs and key users in the SAP SD domain.
- Lead working sessions with internal clients and define processes with them.
- Support users through change management.
- Contribute to deployments of the solutions within the role's scope of responsibility.
- Monitor new features and developments in the relevant domain.
- Prepare work schedules and track projects.
- Supervise the activities of a junior team member working on Anaplan.
- Prepare for the transition to S/4HANA.
Qualifications
- Master's-level education (Bac + 5).
- At least 5 years of similar experience, ideally at a consulting firm serving retail companies as a project manager, delivery manager or SAP SD domain expert.
- Demonstrated expertise in the SAP SD module.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of the retail sector.
- Knowledge of AFS, Anaplan and JOOR is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and formalize business requirements quickly and effectively.
- Experience managing a project end to end and deploying SAP internationally.
- Ability to listen to functional and technical stakeholders, understand their needs and provide the appropriate technical solution.
- Ideally, initial experience supervising and managing a team.
