Longchamp is recruiting a Retail Planning Assistant for a six-month full-time internship starting in January 2027, within its Retail Supply Europe team. The role supports order and stock optimization, supply-flow tracking, ad hoc analysis, and resolution of requests from stores and Retail Managers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define product needs or verify replenishment requests received from stores, enter orders into the ERP, and monitor delivery deadlines.
- Handle orders for customers, uniforms, packaging, and miscellaneous supplies.
- Update and distribute weekly KPIs tracking deliveries of new products.
- Track end-of-collection reverse flows and in-season stock transfers between stores.
- Monitor exceptional stock withdrawals and enter adjustments for emergency supply, press, returns, and other cases.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses in response to department priorities and issues encountered.
- Maintain smooth communication with the store network by handling and resolving requests from stores and Retail Managers.
Qualifications
- Bac +4/5 qualification specializing in Supply Chain.
- Initial experience in Supply Chain through an internship and/or apprenticeship.
- Knowledge of Excel basics, including formulas and pivot tables, with enthusiasm for developing further proficiency.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience in an ERP environment is an advantage.
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
