Longchamp is recruiting a Logistics SAP Project Manager for a newly created position at its industrial headquarters in Segré, France. Reporting to the SAP Logistics domain lead, the role oversees the daily operation, support, maintenance, evolution and projects for SAP logistics tools, TMS, TDI and 3PL interfaces, while preparing for the S/4HANA transition. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide user support and maintain the full SAP Logistics solution, including TMS and carrier-label editing through TDI.
- Own the Longchamp Core Model for the relevant solutions and ensure projects remain consistent with the existing model.
- Lead working sessions with internal clients and define the processes to be implemented with them.
- Specify solutions, configure systems and ensure developments are delivered effectively.
- Coordinate with other teams—including other SAP domains, CEGID, Informatica/Boomi, Web, BI, Infrastructure, Generix for TMS, TDI, GEODIS, CEVA and Schaeffer for the conveyor—to track project progress and update status with the respective teams.
- Support users through change management.
- Contribute to deployments of the solutions within the role's scope of responsibility.
- Develop work schedules and monitor projects.
- Prepare for the transition to S/4HANA.
Qualifications
- At least five years of significant experience in a similar role, in a consulting firm or as an end client.
- Proficiency in SAP LE; knowledge of AFS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of WM/eWM, QM, SD or MM is an advantage.
- Knowledge of a TMS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the retail and industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and efficiently formalize business needs.
- Experience across the full lifecycle of a project and in international SAP deployments.
- Good level of English.
- Rigorous and methodical approach.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to advance and deliver projects.
- Strong listening skills and ability to liaise with functional and technical stakeholders, understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with business teams and the IT department.
